Scotty's Men in Europe Wear Purses
In cocktail shaker, combine: ice + 
1 1/2 ounces Aperol + 
1 ounce Scotty's vodka
Shake it like you mean it.

Add a few ice cubes to a large stemmed wine glass. Pour the Aperol-vodka mixture into the glass.

Top with 3-4 ounces of Prosecco + splash of club soda

Garnish with a couple orange slices 

Drink and talk about football (as in Napoli winning the Serie A title)
